How it works: Join sessions via video platform—cameras optional, muted throughout. Each 25-minute gathering dedicates 20 minutes to meditation, with a few minutes to settle as the facilitator opens and closes each session while keeping time. Participants may exit quietly anytime, building up to twenty minutes gradually. All methods welcome
