How it works: Join sessions via video platform—cameras optional, muted throughout. Each 25-minute gathering dedicates 20 minutes to meditation, with a few minutes to settle as the facilitator opens and closes each session while keeping time. Participants may exit quietly anytime, building up to twenty minutes gradually. Group meditation online or in person—channels amplified collective energy to deepen personal composure and connection.
