Concurrent, meditation, rest or prayer. Participants practice their individual methods—breathwork, mantra, prayer, or stillness—without guidance, sharing, or exchange during the session. How it works: Join sessions via video platform—cameras optional, muted throughout. Each 30-minute gathering dedicates 23 minutes to meditation, with a few minutes to settle as the facilitator opens and closes each session while keeping time. Participants may exit quietly anytime, building up to twenty minutes gradually. All methods welcome.
